Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (customer is responsible for return shipping charges).

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

• Exchanges for size or color? Email us at info@lalucea.com (customer is responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges).

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as store credit.

Final Sale Items

• Sale and clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
